Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Medicare are now accepted. Insurance coverage varies based on type of plan and medical necessity. A physician referral is required prior to scheduling for all clients using insurance. The client is responsible for co-payment/co-insurance at the time of service and fees not covered by insurance. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. The client is responsible for the full session payment if adequate notice is not given for appointments that need to be cancelled or rescheduled.
